At Business Greetings Express we stand behind the quality of our business
greeting cards 110%. We understand that the quality of our greeting cards
reflects your company image to the recipient. We offer a broad selection of
unique and vivid images that are suitable for all your business greeting card
needs. All of our business greeting cards are printed on high quality paper and
come with colorful coordinated envelopes to ensure that your cards standout and
get opened. Our standard greeting card size is 5 x 7 however we do have some
that are 4.5 x 6.
Returns
Non-Customized/Blank Business Greeting Cards: If you are not happy with
your business greeting cards simply return them within 30 days of the
purchase date. We will exchange or refund your purchase minus the shipping cost
and a $25 restocking fee. Please contact us at 1-877-240-2888 prior to
returning any cards.
Personalized/Customized Business Greeting Cards: Before we print your
business greeting cards, you will be provided with a proof via email for your
review and approval. You are responsible for reviewing the proof to ensure that
all the information is accurate. We are not responsible for any errors after we
have your approval. Once we have received your approval we will print your
order. Business greeting cards that have been printed with your greeting,
company name and contact information cannot be returned for refund or
exchange.
Business Greetings Express is not responsible for any damage to, or smudging
of, imprinted greeting cards once they have been mailed. Due to the mailing
process each greeting card goes through within the postal system, some
offsetting (smudging) may occur.
Overstock: Cards purchased from our overstock page are not returnable.
All sales are final.
Security
Our website and databases are protected by physical, technical, and procedural
measures that restrict access by unauthorized persons. We protect the security
of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
software, which encrypts all information you input such as credit card number,
phone numbers, etc.
Shipping
Our standard method of delivery is UPS. We offer UPS Ground, 3 day and
Overnight. Shipping costs are calculated on the shipping weight of your order
and will be clearly priced for you during check out. Business Greetings Express
ships to addresses located in the United States. International shipping is not
available at this time.
